"An Evening of Ancient Sounds and Flavors" and "Ancient sounds and flavours in the olive grove" - ...in the magical
atmosphere of the Gulf of Limone. Take a pleasant stroll through town to
discover the ancient culinary traditions of Garda, with music, markets, and
tasting sessions featuring local food and wine.
The entire town wants to introduce tourists to the most genuine aspects of its
culture with this food and wine tour in the most picturesque corners of Limone.
The tour has food areas where visitors can stop and taste typical Lake Garda
cuisine and local wines, accompanied by music performed by classical, folk, and
jazz musicians.
Take a summer evening, the light breeze of the lake, the town centre with its characteristic and hidden corners. With a touch of magic mix all these ingredients together with smells, sounds and melodies: we will have the gastronomic tour "ancient Sounds and flavours".
The guest, will walk through the ancient alleyways of the village, go to discover unknown, forgotten or simply refund tastes. You will find "polenta cunsa", in the folk tradition made with corn flour, olive oil and various type of cheeses or "Sisam", the dish of the fishermen, based of lake fish and onions fried in olive oil and marinated in vinegar...
